About the role
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be in the front desk, supporting doctors in their medical appointments and using the platform, answering customer questions and responding to complaints.
What you’ll do
- Booking home consultations, ensuring efficiency
- Handling emails and calls related to home consultations
- Registration and management of appointment requests
- Controlling and monitoring home consultations activity in real-time
- Coordinating with the triage team and doctors
- Passing on feedback to other teams
- Ensuring a positive experience for doctors, customers, and partners
Requirements
- Graduation Degree;
- You have previously worked in customer service;
- Computer skills and good ability to use different tools simultaneously;
- Good communication and argumentation skills;
- Team spirit;
- Availability for rotating shifts (24 hours)
- Fluency in Portuguese, with the ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally to all levels of business;
- Good level of English, spoken and written.
Nice to have:
- Immediate availability to start functions;
- Experience in the context of healthcare;
- Previous experience in working with healthcare and insurance providers.
