About the role

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be in the front desk, supporting doctors in their medical appointments and using the platform, answering customer questions and responding to complaints.

What you’ll do

  • Booking home consultations, ensuring efficiency
  • Handling emails and calls related to home consultations
  • Registration and management of appointment requests
  • Controlling and monitoring home consultations activity in real-time
  • Coordinating with the triage team and doctors
  • Passing on feedback to other teams
  • Ensuring a positive experience for doctors, customers, and partners

Requirements

  • Graduation Degree;
  • You have previously worked in customer service;
  • Computer skills and good ability to use different tools simultaneously;
  • Good communication and argumentation skills;
  • Team spirit;
  • Availability to work the night shift (00h - 08h);
  • Fluency in Portuguese, with the ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally to all levels of business;
  • Good level of English, spoken and written.

Nice to have:

  • Immediate availability to start functions;
  • Experience in the context of healthcare;
  • Previous experience in working with healthcare and insurance providers.
