Yubico is looking for a Content Creator with copywriting skills to join our Marketing team for EMEA/APJ. Great content is a crucial resource in our success - both for lead generation and inspiring Enterprise customers and users.
As the Content Creator for our B2B segments you will be part of the Marketing team based in Sweden. You will work in cross-functional teams close to our Sales and Channel teams around the world to create written content that will help us reach our business goals, driving awareness and preference for Yubico's brand and products, driving leads, and nurturing our enterprise users.
We are looking for a motivated person who is eager to learn and can take ownership of the content creation. We are growing fast, and with us, you will also have the opportunity to grow and develop.Tasks and Responsibilities:- Coordinate with our U.S marketing team and localize the produced content for the EMEA/APJ markets as well as create new materials.
- Create written content and copy for material such as, white-papers, solution briefs, user stories, buyers guides, emails, and other types of marketing materials.
- Plan, create, and order, together with the marketing team, materials from external agencies to identify Enterprise users’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics/themes.
- Write email campaigns that onboard, engage, and retain potential and current enterprise customers.
- Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews, and studies).
- Assist in editing and proofreading content written by others, to ensure it follows Yubico’s brand guidelines to be published.
- Support the team in other projects and tasks such as content production for events and webinars.
- Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles and blog posts.
- Create content about customer cases for customer reference.
- Have the ownership of our localized web-pages.
Skills and Experience:- 2+ years of proven work experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written English skills - native-speaker level.
- Understands and has an interest in concepts relating to email marketing automation, customer engagement, and the customer journey.
- An excellent communicator with a passion for both writing and digital marketing.
- Knowledge within copywriting, SEO or Inbound Marketing (interest is a must)
- Ability to fact-check long-form content pieces.
