In that light, we’re looking for more hands in our Rider Operations team to join us on this adventure.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Rider Operations Support to join our growing team who will be comfortable in a start-up environment, and playing a part in the safety of the team. You will be working closely alongside the local Operations and central Safety teams. This person will be integral to growing our fleet, ensuring their safety, and that the couriers are in a healthy environment.


Our Rider Operations Support will be responsible for:
  • Creating procedures, policies and standards related to fleet management including safety, emergency response, maintenance of the scooters
  • Developing and building procedures, policies and standards related to couriers and management of their department - daily safety checklists, onboarding process, the training processes
  • Management of the wellbeing of the couriers - ensuring that their needs related to work are met - correct and clean uniform is distributed before the start date; training is completed - online and on the field; and that tools to do the job are delivered (e.g. phone holders)
  • Creating purchase plans for the new openings and current sites if necessary
  • Liaising with legal team and Operations to ensure that safety standards are met and the relevant amount of couriers is placed at each site

Requirements

  • Previous knowledge of inventory management and the sales process is desirable, but not essential.
  • Previous experience in managing fleet accident logs and insurance-related processes.
  • An eye for detail as you have to take on multiple projects
  • A flexible approach and a team player with a positive can-do-no-nonsense approach
  • A motivation to work hard and get the most out of our training
  • Willingness to Learn - You don't need field experience to be successful
