As a Specialist, you introduce people to the exciting world of Getir, having meaningful interactions and turning couriers into Getirians. We currently have several sites across Lisbon and your role will involve sourcing and guiding candidates throughout the entire recruitment process, ensuring all candidates understand our culture and want to be a part of our journey and establishing Getir as an amazing company to work for. You will have the opportunity to work alongside highly motivated and talented teams as you engage with different stakeholders.

What you'll do at Getir

• Manage the entire life cycle of the employees and the personnel processes of our delivery people and store assistants, which include, but are not limited to: hiring, onboarding, performance management, complaints and terminations.
• Manage documentation for current and new hires, including contracts, legal documentation, and personal information.
• Create new and innovative ways to attract the best candidates to join Getir by identifying new methods.

Requirements

• Proven experience in high volume talent acquisition - experience in hiring delivery agents is an asset
• A positive, positive and willing attitude
• An obsession with our delivery experience
• Excellent communication skills that will allow you to integrate and drive the Getir DNA into the team, as well as ensuring that all back-of-house and operational procedures are followed.
