Job Description
At Mindera, we are continuously developing a fantastic team and would love it for you to join us. As an Office amp; People Operations team member you will have a love for people combined with a strong strategic and planning skill set, actively participating in the cohesive and smooth run of the office.
You will interact with everyone in the company (and outside, in Portuguese and English), focused on driving or participating in Office amp; People projects such as Culture, Learning, Booking travels, Facilities and Equipment, Social and Community initiatives.
Being able to put people first is key for this role: communication, trust and collaborative work with the Operations team, will be as relevant as any other skills, capability or experience.
You will be contributing to the decision making process that will ensure business sustainability, development and the pursuit of the team and organisation’s purpose.
National and international expected traveling time: 0%-15% estimated.
Requirements
You rock at- Being self-driven, energetic, disciplined and being able to take a challenge and drive it to completion, with little help;
- Having a detailed and outstretch view on situations, with critical and strategic mindset;
- Being detail oriented and using practical planning.
