A little about us;When Revolut was founded in 2015, we had a vision to build a sustainable, digital alternative to traditional big banks. Our mission now is to help our customers improve their financial health, empower them to have more control, and promote financial cohesion across the communities in which we operate. Launching into 2020 with 10 million Personal customers and over a quarter of a million Business customers only reinforced our belief in the vast need across the world for better financial services. As our customer base has boomed in the last year, we’ve expanded our team to match that growth. We started 2019 with several hundred employees; we closed it out with 2000.
What we’re looking for:We’re looking for a Head of Account Management, to better serve and drive value from our high value business customers.This role will be based at Revolut’s Porto headquarters.
ABOUT THE ROLE;Revolut Business is attracting an increasing number of high value, high profile customers. The Head of Account management is responsible for driving increased value from these customers whilst ensuring an excellent customer experience.
You’ll build and manage a team, playbooks and processes to serve customers in the most efficient and effective way possible, providing an excellent customer experience, solving problems and upselling and cross selling to drive increased value.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:• Build and manage a high performance account management team• Develop best in class account management playbooks and prioritisation frameworks• Achieve gross profit targets through effective cross sell and up sell• Act as the ultimate escalation point for challenging customer cases• Work with product teams to turn consistent customer feedback into actionable
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:• 5+ years leading Account Management or Customer Success in a top blue chip or financial services company• Proven track record of building and managing high performing teams• Proven track record of exceeding customer retention and profitability targets• Ability to learn incredibly quickly in a fast paced environment, including technical details• Flawless English and business fluency in at least one of Spanish, French or German• Excellent communication and skilled stakeholder management
