Your responsibilities:

  • Support ServiceNow tool, regarding configuration of the different modules (Incident, Problem, Portal Service, Mobile Aplications, etc) and data maintenance
  • Analyze, gather and prioritize client requirements and configure the platform to meet these requirements
  • Document and develop training material
  • Provide access rights/Security Administration
  • Promote a team atmosphere that is conducive to the overall accomplishment of goals, schedules, and deadlines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development
  • ServiceNow certifications (such as Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified Application Developer) are strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and best practices
  • Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, and Service Portal
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting and customization (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, etc.)
  • Experience in integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems
  • Good understanding of ITIL principles and IT service delivery
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
