• Collaborate with key stakeholders within the organization to define requirements and design solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Design and implement ServiceNow modules including incident management, problem management, change management, service catalog, and service portal.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow workflows, forms, fields, lists, views, reports, and dashboards.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications and integrations.
• Monitor performance, troubleshooting, and resolve issues with ServiceNow applications and integrations.
• Provide ongoing support, training, and documentation for ServiceNow users and administrators.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow developments and best practices.

Requirements

• Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Engineering or similar
• At least 4-5 years proven professional experience in the field of Information Systems or Information Technologies, with experience in implementing projects with ServiceNow technology;
• Training and certification in ServiceNow, namely CSA, CAD, and CIS;
• Fluency in written and verbal Portuguese and English
