• Working for an Adobe partner company assisting clients with the implementation and parameterisation of the Adobe Workfront tool.
• The Technical Consultant supports the Business Consultant in mapping the customers’ requirements and indicating the technical possibilities of the solutions.
• You will be responsible for researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving customer issues in an accurate and timely manner.
• You will be working on 2nd and 3rd-level lines of support for complex and highly technology-specific issues related to our products and follow standard procedures to escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal departments.

Requirements

• Experience with service and application support;
• Knowledge of SQL and scripting;
• Knowledge of Networking;
• Knowledge of Linux and Windows server environments;
• Experience with Project management tools (Jira, Monday.com, Trello, Asana, ServiceNow, etc)
• Some experience in support processes (ITIL).
• Fluent German, Italian, or French is a valuable addition.
