.The Role:Your assignment is to create and maintain the foundation and infrastructure for our company to build the next generation of security services upon.
As the Infrastructure Manager, you will play a central role in designing, implementing, and managing our infrastructure, with a primary focus on Kubernetes orchestration and Google Cloud Platform. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our systems, providing leadership to a skilled team of engineers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the security, availability, performance, scalability, and automation of our infrastructure.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the infrastructure team.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and set professional development goals for team members.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and cross-training among team members.
Required Skills Experience:
- 5 years+ proven experience as an Infrastructure Manager or similar role.
- Experience leading and mentoring technical teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration.
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform services and resources.
Optional Skills Experience:
- Experience running solutions on AWS or Azure
- Familiar with standard IT security practices such as encryption, certificates and key management.
- Strong background in infrastructure automation using tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
