About this role

We are in search of a passionate and committed Customer Care Specialist to enhance the consumer experience in Portugal. Fluency in both spoken and written Portuguese at a native level is essential. Additionally, a high level of proficiency in English, both oral and written, is crucial for effective communication and collaboration with our international colleagues.

Customer Care Specialist responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions, and guiding our customers through features and functionalities.

To be the best Customer Care Specialist you should be genuinely excited to help customers. You should be patient, empathetic, and have the ability to put yourself in customers’ shoes. Your goal should be to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction through every medium (phone, chat, email etc.)

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat
  • Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
  • Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
  • Gather customer feedback that will help us improve our Product and our Customer Experience

Requirements

  • Highly qualified in verbal and written communication
  • Native proficiency in Portuguese
  • Excellent command of the English language both verbal and writing
  • Familiarity with computers and fast typing
