In this role, you are responsible for providing quick and competent assistance for our customers. You must be able to communicate effectively to understand the problem and explain its solution. The goal is to create value for clients that will help preserve our reputation and drive our business forward.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with our customers to effectively resolve technical issues through different communication channels
- Develop best practices for recurring problems, together with your team
- Collaborate within and outside of your team to support broader business objectives
- Support our sales and business development team
- Advise the customer about our product taking into account their business requirements
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
Requirements
- Professional speaking and writing skills in English and Swedish ; strong communication skills,
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills,
- Preferably previous experience in a customer experience/service environment or a customer
- related role (hospitality, tourism, retail, call-center etc);
- Ability to quickly able to switch between various customer channels like phone and e-mail
- communications,
- Ability to positively interact with your team and other departments,
- Available to work 40 hours per week;
