About the role
We’re a 100% cloud-based company from our customer offering to our internal IT systems. This makes us different from the common server-based infrastructure that’s usually found at companies as we don’t work with an Active Directory for instance.
Our Internal-IT team is global and we support our colleagues all across the globe remotely, we currently have colleagues in 12 countries and 8 different time zones. As all of our support is based out of Europe oftentimes this means we need to use a wide variety of tools and technologies to provide support.
You will be working in a global company supporting the staff remotely and on-site in the Stockholm office with general IT related problems. This ranges from day-to-day tasks like helping staff with resetting passwords, setting up new accounts in systems and providing solutions to a task that requires a technical approach. You should be comfortable with dealing with escalated requests as we do not employ 1st-, 2nd- and 3rd-line levels of support. Our team handles all incoming requests and we have to work together and with the rest of the business to figure out the best solution.
Some of the tasks you will be responsible for are onboarding new users to systems and providing support where needed during their onboarding. Writing guides for users on frequently asked subjects such as how to use our most common applications. When a user leaves you will offboard them from the systems and make sure that they have their data retained. You will also automate repetitive tasks and reduce friction for users and the team.
The role will be a remote/on-site hybrid role, you will be expected to look after the office related IT equipment in Stockholm. This would include maintenance of the printer(s), network, meeting rooms, podcast studios etc.
Who you are
