Job OverviewAre you ready to leverage your PPC/SEM expertise to manage large-scale campaigns? Are you an experienced SEM Specialist, ideally with a background in financial services? We are looking for an SEM Specialist to join our team and drive the optimization and expansion of our online media campaigns.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise existing large-scale SEM campaigns
- Identify and capitalise on new growth opportunities within SEM
- Resolve daily campaign performance issues and implement optimisations
- Regularly analyse campaign performance metrics to refine strategies
- Create and improve ad copy and ad features for better engagement
- Utilise Google Analytics and SEM tools to track and optimise campaigns
- Stay updated on industry changes, algorithm updates, and trends
- Implement a "test and learn" approach to continually improve results
- Directly contribute to the Company’s bottom-line growth through SEM efforts
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing or any other relevant field
- At least 3 years of experience as SEM Specialist/PPC Specialist
- Proactive mindset, keen attention to detail, ability to identify and leverage connections
- Good overall understanding of the Marketing Funnel
- Experience in Financial Services is an advantage
- Fluent in English language is a must
- Additional languages will be considered as an advantage
- Proficient in executing paid media campaigns for sustainable growth while maintaining probability (ROAS)
- Skilled in building, optimising, and analysing paid campaigns across diverse marketing channels, especially Google Ads,Apple Search Ads and Microsoft Ads
- Familiarity with Mobile Attribution Platforms such as Appsflyer and GA4 is a major advantage
- Thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Exceptional analytical abilities and a passion for identifying opportunities through data analysis
