Network and Systems Team Lead
Near Sea Technologies, Portugal

We are looking for a Network and Systems Team Lead to join a project in the automotive sector.

Responsibilities:

• Management and leadership of the Network and Sysadmin team;
• Responsible for ensuring the operability and continuous improvement of the group's infrastructure (systems, network, and security);
• Management of activity pipeline, including technical-functional reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT or related field;
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a Network and Systems Administrator;
• Proven experience in team leadership;
• Proven experience with Microsoft systems;
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies;
• Experience with Storage;
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V;
• Experience in configuring and managing network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls;
• Strong communication skills;
• Ability to motivate and inspire the team.
