What you will do
- Research and analysis to understand our target audience and industry trends to influence copy and update the business
- Content creation and strategy working across teams to fully understand our business model and customers
- Crafting high-quality content across blogs, the web, and more to keep our audience engaged reflecting our brand’s voice and tone
- Monitor the performance of your blog posts and use data to improve content strategies
- Contribute to the wider marketing strategy and have a big impact on organisation initiatives such as brand voice, web changes
- SEO optimisation implementing strategies to ensure our blog posts are search-engine friendly including keyword integration
Requirements
Who you are
- 2-3 years of experience
- Creative copywriter with a talent for crafting engaging, compelling and FUN written content!
- You are curious and enjoy digging deep into various topics and industries to gather valuable insights
- Confidence to challenge decisions and help influence the overall marketing strategy
- Have a keenness to grow with the company and explore different areas outside of content to learn and influence
- Collaborative mindset, not afraid to over-communicate in a remote environment
- Ideally experience within the fintech space but not necessary if you have a passion for creating content that resonates with our target audience
- Basic SEO knowledge is a plus!
- You have a portfolio showcasing your writing skills or you can provide writing samples during the interview proces
