We are looking for an experienced Regulatory Reporting Analyst to join our Viva Wallet team in Portugal, reporting to the Regulatory Reporting Analysis Manager. The successful candidate will support the analysis on regulatory reporting requirements, in multiple counties where the company has presence.

What you will do
- Analyze reporting requirements in order to develop data dictionaries in collaboration with internal stakeholders and regulators with regard to Statistics, AML, Payment and Tax Fraud;
- Provide business specifications to internal development teams for the implementation of automated report production processes;
- Design quality assurance controls, KPIs and reconciliation rules that will ensure the accuracy and consistency of reports produced;
- Perform qualitative analysis on reports produced so as to identify the key drivers of changes;
- Facilitate report submissions and communication with regulators with regard to reporting regulatory framework;
- Identify changes in the regulatory framework, in internal processes or services in order to embed them in the existing reporting production process;
- Develop documentation and provide supportive material to collaborating units within headquarters and branches abroad;
- Assist in the smooth implementation of the internal timeline and follow up the tasks' deadlines assigned to collaborative peers;
- Engage to continuous knowledge development regarding services offered, regulations, best practices, tools and techniques.
Requirements
- University degree in Finance, Business Administration or equivalent;
- Master’s degree in Risk Management/Governance, Business Administration or Finance will be considered as a plus;
- Previous experience in relevant position, preferably in the financial sector;
- Strong MS Office skills, primarily in Excel and/or Power BI;
- Strong analytical and communication skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Portuguese and English. Fluency in Italian and\or Spanish will be considered as a plus.
