Tech Lead
Near Sea Technologies, Portugal

We are looking for a Tech Lead to take on team leadership and technical coordination for application development within an automotive sector group.

Responsibilities:

• Leadership of a team of 8 consultants/programmers in the areas of support and application development;
• Definition of the technical development and product roadmap in accordance with the strategic planning;
• Management of capacity and resource allocation with the PMO (Project Management Office).

Requirements

• Degree in software engineering or similar;
• Minimum of 4 years of prior experience in application development: web (full-stack developer and/or .Net developer), or Outsystems platform (candidates with exposure to more than one area are preferred);
• Knowledge of web technologies (PHP, Angular, NodeJS, etc.) and the Outsystems platform;
• Experience with databases and SQL manipulation (including query optimization and relational databases), preferably in MSSQL;
• Knowledge of SAP platforms (a plus);
• Certification in PMP and/or SCRUM (a plus);
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strategic vision and the capability to innovate;
• Good level of English (Minimum B2).
