How you’ll make an impact:CIamp;T is expanding the team in Portugal and is looking for an experienced Technical Lead. As part of CIamp;T's team structure, this role works closely with the development team and our clients architecture/platform team. You will responsible for designing solutions, making technical decisions down to the implementation level, and performing code reviews and technical backlog management.
What will you be doing?Product technical manager and its short and medium-term strategy to technically evolve the solutionActs as the technical reference of the team, knows the client tech architecture and is actively involved in its solutionGuarantees the application's correct operation in the production environment proactively through alerts and resolves reactively the incidents reported by the usersTries to overtake incidents by applying resilience patternsSupports and gives technical support to the product or service, guaranteeing the alignment with global architecturePromotes and gives support to the team members in good technical practices, guaranteeing the product's quality and service at every levelEnsures continuous deployments according to unitary, functional and regression testing policies in the applicationsSupports the PO in the technical definition of the product's backlog, its prioritisation and the technical requirements in the DoDManages the improvement and technical debt of the product and promotes its prioritization in the development cyclesGuarantees the success and technical quality of the delivered solutionsGives support in the deployment of the functionalities in the different environmentsRemoves the technical handicaps and promotes continuous improvementLeads the onboarding of the new team members and empowers the developers so that they grow and self manage Ensures that the solution follows the architecture and is updated to the most recent versionsReviews that the product's documentation is updated with each delivery
