Senior Project Manager
Near Sea Technologies, Portugal

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join a project in the automotive sector. You will supervise the implementation of an ERP and distribution management system, in the Canadian subsidiaries.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute a significant ERP and DMS implementation for the group companies in Canada;
• Take charge of the functional team's engagement with stakeholders, defining business requirements, and conducting fit/gap analysis for the technology stack;
• Head the QA team to ensure the delivery's high-quality standards;
• Collaborate with 3rd party suppliers and internal IT teams to ensure seamless alignment and successful deployment of solutions.

Requirements

• Proved experience in deployment of ERP systems at a large scale or in complex organizational environments;
• Experience delivering ERP solutions with vast knowledge of commercial and logistics processes (such as SAP, Baan, e-emphasis, etc.);
• Strong communication skills;
• PMI training and certification it's a plus;
• English proficiency C1-C2 is mandatory;
• Portuguese language knowledge would be an advantage.

This is a full-time position, located in Porto (PT), with the option for 40% remote work and occasional travel (25%-30%). During the initial 9 months, the role will require alternating weeks of presence in Ontario (CA).
