The Full-stack Developer is a role that assists our Consultants in the development and support of production application software. This includes assisting with troubleshooting issues, customizing existing software code, developing new features, testing and debugging modifications, and ensuring appropriate documentation is generated for software code wherever necessary for OLR.
The role:
- Work with the development team and product managers to implement software solutions
- Implement new functionalities in complex application landscapes
- Build backend and frontend applications based on modern cloud infrastructure such as AWS
- Actively contribute to tech and architecture decisions
- Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
- Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
- Write technical documentation
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience
- 3+ years of experience with JavaScript
- 3+ years of experience with React,
- Strong experience with Node.JS and Chef
- Experience with browser performance and page rendering (e.g. lightspeed)
- Experience with version control such as GIT
- Experience in creating responsive applications
- Experience using CSS preprocessors (preferably SASS, LESS)
- Experience building SPAs with React
Desirable
- Understanding of Kafka
- Understanding of PostGreSQL
