As a Product Lead, you will be responsible for driving the development and success of our tech commerce platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to define and execute the product roadmap. Your primary focus will be on delivering innovative features, enhancing user experiences, and ensuring the platform meets the evolving needs of our customers and the market.

Job duties:
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for our tech commerce platform, aligned with the company’s overall vision and goals.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to understand industry trends, customer needs, and pain points.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather product requirements and translate them into clear product specifications and user stories.
- Prioritize and plan product development initiatives, working closely with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software releases.
- Work with design and user experience teams to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that optimize user engagement and satisfaction.
- Monitor key product metrics, user feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and new feature development.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align product launches, go-to-market strategies, and promotional campaigns.
- Keep abreast of emerging technologies, industry best practices, and market trends related to tech commerce platforms, leveraging this knowledge to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
- Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and feedback to foster a collaborative and high-performing culture.
- Build strong relationships with customers, gather insights, and act as a product advocate to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
Requirements
- 4 to 5 years’ experience in product management, preferably in the tech commerce or e-commerce industry
- Strong technical background with a solid understanding of software development methodologies and tech commerce platform architecture.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies, industry standards, and best practices related to tech commerce platforms and e-commerce solutions.
- Experience in defining product strategies, roadmaps, and successful product launches.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable product enhancements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences and driving customer satisfaction.
